Our Chef’s Table offers the ultimate gastronomic experience. The chefs – led by executive chef Guillaume de Beer – serve you an exquisite 13-course menu, and our Sommelier Elske Mostert selects an exceptional wine pairing. The menu changes in harmony with the seasons, and expresses every ounce of class and creativity from our renowned chefs. There are only 12 seats available at the counter to ensure a night that is intimate and personal. The Chef’s Table Menu is €115,- per person.
We will welcome you between 19.30 – 20.30 to start your dining experience. Upword of six diners we ask a down payment of €50,- per person. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate vegan and vegetarian options. Our Chef’s Table is a unique dining experience where you surrender yourself completely to our chefs.
